1About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation you request through it. By browsing the catalogue or submitting an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In this document, “we” and “us” mean Vimalnath Traders of L-3, Madhulika Apartments, Bhatar Road, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India, and “you” means the person or business using the site. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

2Who can use this site

We supply packaging wholesale to businesses: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens, caterers, hotels and retailers. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are requesting the quotation for a business rather than as a consumer.

You may browse the catalogue freely. You may not use the site to scrape our listings, resell our product photography, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the site’s operation.

3The catalogue is information, not an offer

Everything on this site is provided for information. Listing a product is an invitation for you to request a quotation. It is not an offer to sell, and it does not guarantee that the item is in stock in the quantity, size or shade you need.

We work hard to keep descriptions accurate, but photographs are representative rather than exact. Printed colours, material shades and stated dimensions may vary slightly between production batches. Where exact specification matters, ask us for a sample before ordering.

4Quotations

When you submit the quotation form we send you and our sales team a PDF summarising the products and sizes you selected. That acknowledgement confirms we received your request. It is not a priced quotation and it is not an order confirmation.

A priced quotation follows separately from our sales team, normally within one working day. Unless the quotation states a different period, it is valid for 15 days from its date, and it is subject to stock remaining available.

Quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and assume the quantities in the quotation. If you change the quantity, the unit price may change.

5How an order is formed

A binding contract comes into existence only when we confirm your order in writing, by email or on WhatsApp, after you have accepted a quotation. Until that confirmation, no order exists and neither side is committed.

We may decline an order or a part of it, for example where stock has run out, where the price was quoted in error, or where the requested quantity is below our minimum. If we decline after taking payment, we refund that amount in full.

Minimum order quantities apply to most lines. They are stated in the quotation, because they vary by product.

6Payment

This website does not take payments. No card, UPI or bank details are collected here. Payment is arranged directly with our sales team on the terms recorded in the confirmed order.

Unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing, orders are payable before dispatch. Where credit terms apply, invoices are due within the agreed period, and we may suspend further supply while an invoice is overdue.

7Delivery

Delivery timelines given in a quotation are estimates based on stock and the destination. They are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by transporters, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Please check consignments on arrival and tell us about shortages or visible transit damage within 48 hours, with photographs, so we can take it up with the transporter.

8Returns and shortages

We replace or credit goods that arrive damaged, defective, or that do not match the confirmed order, provided you tell us within 7 days of delivery and the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Because this is wholesale supply, we cannot accept returns of correctly supplied stock simply because it is no longer wanted, and we cannot accept returns of items custom printed or manufactured to your specification. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where that Act applies to you.

9Intellectual property

The design of this site, its text, product photography and the Vimalnath Traders name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and placing an order. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

10Our liability

We provide this website on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of the catalogue at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from a supply of goods. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Links to other services

This site links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from this website.

Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled quickly by a phone call.

13Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as our business or the law changes. The version published here at the time you submit an enquiry is the version that applies to it, and the revision date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
